Caregility’s iConsult mobile app integrates with the secure Caregility platform to offer a comprehensive audio/video experience within clinical settings. The application allows clinicians to facilitate two-way video/audio communication and collaboration effectively. Through Caregility iConsult, clinicians can connect to a wall-mounted system or a mobile cart, granting them complete control over room cameras, speakers, and microphones. Additionally, users can easily include specialists, family members, or other care team members in the call. This versatile app also serves as a clinical collaboration tool for mobile users participating in telehealth programs that utilize two-way audio and/or video communication.

Users of this app are required to have an active Caregility platform customer account.

The app offers the following key functionalities:

• Clinician: Effortlessly invite another Caregility app user to join a video call.
• Guest: Conveniently invite a non-Caregility app user to a video call via text or email link. The recipient can easily join the call by clicking the invitation link without the need for any additional downloads.
• Bedside: Seamlessly connect to a patient room through video, with complete camera control and the ability to bring in a second participant to the video call.
• SIP/H.323: Initiate video calls with standards-based endpoints in clinical or conference settings.
